Regional Marketing Specialist, South East Asia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Implement all marketing initiatives with a proactive approach. Collaborate on integrated campaigns, beginning with strategy and briefs, and focus on execution and performance measurement.

• Continuously generate new content, explore channels, develop creatives, and propose ideas for experimentation, optimization, and growth in acquisition.

• Organize, oversee, and expand our community through various Local Social Channels, aiming to enhance reach, engagement, and conversion through effective social media and content marketing tactics.

• Facilitate local forums, social media platforms, and chat groups to engage with the community and foster positive interactions.

• Discover additional opportunities for community development, including KOL/Affiliates Management.

• Create and execute incentive programs to enhance engagement and growth within existing and prospective networks.

• Coordinate inter-departmental collaboration between the Angels and the Binance team (encompassing BD, Marketing, lead collection, market research, data requests, etc.).

• Conceptualize and implement plans for online and offline events.

• Oversee budgeting, invoicing, vendor negotiations, and management for event handling, marketing inventory, and program financial management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in community management with a strong sense of ownership and emotional intelligence. A genuine enthusiasm for working in a start-up setting.

• Over 2 years of experience in launching community initiatives (e.g., establishing an online forum, initiating an ambassador program, organizing an event series, crafting an email newsletter, and managing social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram).

• At least 1 year of experience in managing online and offline events, with a proven history of engaging communities through Telegram or similar channels.

• Familiarity with cryptocurrency-related terminology and trends.

• Ability to work flexible and extended hours to engage with the crypto community as often as possible.

• Proficiency in English is essential for coordinating with international partners and stakeholders. Additional language skills would be beneficial.

• Exceptional organizational abilities, capacity to multitask, and strong time management skills.
