This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Strategize, manage, and implement regional marketing events throughout Western Europe, including customer gatherings, partner roadshows, and virtual webinars.
• Oversee all aspects of event logistics, such as setting up webinar platforms, coordinating venues, managing vendors, and tracking budgets.
• Create detailed task lists and schedules for successful event execution.
• Serve as the primary marketing contact for regional partners regarding co-marketing efforts, joint events, and shared webinars.
• Manage communications with potential customers and VIPs throughout all stages of events.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to monitor, score, and transition event attendees for follow-up actions.
• Compose content for event registration landing pages, social media promotions, and webinar abstracts.
• Tailor global marketing messages for a B2B audience focused on Western European mapping and geospatial technology.
• Direct regional email marketing campaigns, including pre-event reminders and post-event follow-up sequences.
• Design, test, implement, and refine marketing emails aimed at boosting registrations, open rates, and conversions.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in event marketing, field marketing, or program management.
• Previous experience or a solid understanding of B2B SaaS, mapping technology, GIS, or location intelligence is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage virtual webinars using platforms such as Zoom or ON24, as well as in-person events or trade shows.
• Exceptional copywriting abilities, including the capability to distill complex B2B concepts into straightforward event promotions and emails.
• Practical experience with marketing metrics and proficiency in generating and analyzing reports.
• Outstanding organizational and task management capabilities.
• Comfortable leading discussions with external partners and presenting strategies to internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting across Western European time zones.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in another Western European language, such as German or French, is a significant advantage.
