This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Lead the EMEA marketing strategy for Pathology by aligning global corporate objectives with specific regional sales priorities.
• Design and implement integrated marketing programs—from initial awareness to customer retention—to generate high-quality leads and sales volume.
• Act as the primary liaison between Global Product Owners and Regional Sales teams to ensure that product messaging aligns with field realities.
• Analyze competitor trends and customer data to enhance the sales funnel and keep marketing tactics ahead of the competition.
• Manage the quarterly marketing budget and monitor program metrics to guarantee a high return on investment (ROI).
• Oversee all campaign materials to ensure compliance with strict medical, legal, and IVD (In-Vitro Diagnostics) regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for pathology workflows, equipping the sales team with the technical tools, messaging, and training necessary for success.
• A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Biomedical, Biology, Pathology, or Biochemistry) is required.
• An MBA or advanced degree (Master's/PhD) is highly desirable.
• 3–5+ years of experience in pathology or clinical diagnostics.
• Experience in marketing, sales, or applications—preferably within an international or EMEA-wide context—is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of pathology workflows (from histology to AI/Digital Pathology) and specific applications such as H&E, IHC, and molecular testing.
• Demonstrated ability to translate high-level business objectives into effective marketing strategies, backed by strong project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional English communication skills, with the capacity to present complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels of a global organization.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to make swift decisions and excel in high-pressure, high-visibility conditions.
• Professional-level proficiency in CRM software, Google Analytics, and standard business tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
