This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Develop and enhance national and regional marketing initiatives that align with Annual Strategic Brand Plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams at AbbVie to ensure alignment and the successful execution of marketing strategies.
• Act as the representative for AbbVie Marketing among External Experts and maintain interactions for generating insights within the designated geographies.
• Lead projects through the compliant promotional review process while ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and AbbVie procedures.
• Oversee strategy, execution, and budgeting for conventions, External Expert consultations, advisory boards, and peer-to-peer education programs.
• Assess marketing tactics and propose brand optimization opportunities to leadership.
• Provide insights on business-related queries to guide marketing strategy, resource optimization, and tactic development.
• Collaborate with field leadership to enhance the implementation of marketing strategies.
• Analyze market drivers, competitive landscape, provider dynamics, and competitive intelligence within the assigned geography.
• Coordinate deliverables from both external vendors and internal departments.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with External Experts, emerging leaders, and patient and professional organizations.
• Create regional engagement plans for External Experts and ensure their tactical execution.
• Connect Integrated Brand Teams across various stakeholder groups to identify compliant collaboration opportunities.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Prior experience in sales, sales management, or marketing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Immunology is preferred.
• Previous experience in Gastroenterology is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication and presentation skills for both live and virtual interactions.
• Experience in working with integrated, cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
• Ability to navigate through field- and headquarters-based matrix organizations.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards impacting pharmaceutical products.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including evenings and weekends.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Capability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving criteria.
