This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Develop and enhance national and regional marketing initiatives that align with Annual Strategic Brand Plans.
• Oversee projects through the promotional review process while adhering to regulatory guidelines and AbbVie procedures.
• Manage the strategic planning, execution, and budgeting for conventions, External Expert consulting, advisory boards, and peer-to-peer education programs.
• Assess marketing tactics and suggest opportunities for brand enhancement.
• Provide insights on business inquiries to guide marketing strategy, resource allocation, and tactic development.
• Collaborate with field leadership to maximize the implementation of marketing strategies.
• Examine market drivers, competitive landscape, provider dynamics, and competitive intelligence within the designated geography.
• Coordinate deliverables among external vendors and internal departments effectively.
• Foster and strengthen relationships with External Experts, emerging leaders, and patient and professional associations.
• Create regional External Expert engagement plans and ensure tactical execution.
• Connect AbbVie Integrated Brand Teams regarding collaboration opportunities while complying with industry standards.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Immunology is preferred.
• Prior experience in sales, sales management, or marketing.
• Previous Gastroenterology experience is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working within collaborative, integrated, cross-functional teams.
• Capability to influence without direct authority and achieve results.
• Ability to navigate matrix organizations in both field and headquarters settings.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting pharmaceutical products.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test.
• Must meet safe driving requirements.
• Ability to sit continuously for extended periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8-hour day).
