This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns that span digital channels, email, account-based marketing (ABM), events, webinars, and paid media.
• Create a qualified sales pipeline that aligns with regional sales objectives.
• Collaborate closely with regional Sales leadership, Account Executives (AEs), and Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
• Execute ABM initiatives for strategic enterprise and key accounts.
• Manage flagship regional events, trade shows, executive roundtables, and partner-related gatherings.
• Tailor global messaging and content to suit local languages, markets, and buyer personas.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, encompassing regional, field, or demand generation roles.
• Demonstrated success in executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and a marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo, SFMC, Pardot, HubSpot).
• Comfortable collaborating closely with Sales leaders and revenue teams.
• Strong analytical skills — proficient with metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Proficient in both English and German (both languages are essential).
