Regional Marketing Manager, CEE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and implement the regional marketing strategy for CEE, ensuring it aligns with revenue goals and territory priorities.

• Propel market development initiatives customized to the specific maturity of each country, competitive landscape, and growth prospects.

• Enhance brand visibility, market share, and customer interaction throughout the region.

• Adapt and operationalize global campaigns to guarantee significant regional relevance and effectiveness.

• Offer strategic insights into regional business planning and go-to-market tactics.

• Create and implement integrated marketing programs aimed at generating pipeline growth, accelerating sales, and delivering measurable revenue results.

• Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Directors and their teams to bolster territory strategies and key account priorities.

• Ensure effective execution of field marketing initiatives, executive engagements, regional events, partner activities, and campaigns.

• Oversee program performance from start to finish, including tracking KPIs, reporting outcomes, and optimizing ROI.

• Work closely with the Channel Marketing Manager and regional channel leadership to support collaborative go-to-market initiatives.

• Serve as the primary marketing liaison for the CEE region.

• Set clear KPIs and performance metrics for regional initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in B2B marketing within enterprise technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, or similar sectors.

• Demonstrated success in managing marketing programs across multiple countries or regions.

• Proven ability to align marketing strategy with sales execution and revenue generation.

• Experience working in partner-led or indirect go-to-market settings.

• Proven capability to enhance marketing impact in growth or emerging markets.

• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively.

• Data-driven approach with experience in measuring pipeline and revenue contributions.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, event management tools, and marketing reporting platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zuddl, Tableau).

• Proficiency in English is essential; additional CEE languages are a significant advantage.

• Openness to travel within the region.
