This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take ownership of and implement XBOW’s regional marketing strategy throughout EMEA, focusing primarily on the UKI, Nordics, Benelux, and France.
• Develop and expand integrated regional programs that encompass field events, executive briefings, webinars, campaigns, and community initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to facilitate pipeline generation, account-based strategies, and strategic regional opportunities.
• Adapt global messaging, positioning, and campaigns to ensure they resonate culturally, linguistically, and market-wise across EMEA.
• Work alongside Product Marketing to convert XBOW’s technical strengths into engaging regional narratives, vertical use cases, and proof points.
• Partner with Partners and Alliances to design and implement joint marketing initiatives within the region.
• Manage the regional event strategy, which includes industry conferences, proprietary events, executive roundtables, and partner-led activations.
• Coordinate with Content and Communications teams to address regional content demands, public relations moments, and thought leadership opportunities.
• Oversee regional marketing budgets, timelines, agencies, and vendor partnerships.
• Establish and monitor success metrics for EMEA marketing, focusing on pipeline impact, engagement, and regional brand visibility.
• Serve as the representative voice of EMEA internally, providing market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.
• Extensive experience in regional, field, or demand generation marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity sectors.
• Demonstrated success in developing and scaling marketing programs across various European markets.
• Proven ability to work closely with Sales and GTM teams to achieve quantifiable pipeline and revenue results.
• Exceptional project management and execution capabilities—you can manage programs from start to finish and work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to tailor messaging for diverse countries and buying audiences.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, rapidly growing startup environment with high levels of ambiguity.
• Highly collaborative approach with the ability to influence across different functions.
• Bonus qualifications include: Experience in marketing technical or developer-focused products (e.g., security, infrastructure, AI platforms).
• Familiarity with EMEA security markets and purchasing behaviors, particularly in UKI, DACH, Benelux, Nordics, or France.
• Experience managing partner, channel, or ecosystem marketing initiatives.
• Proficiency in localizing campaigns across various languages and cultures.
• Background in early-stage or category-creating go-to-market strategies.
