Regional Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns designed specifically for the EMEA market, ensuring they align with global marketing strategies.

• Assess regional market trends, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape to shape marketing strategies and messaging.

• Plan and implement demand generation initiatives, including digital marketing, events, webinars, and content marketing to foster pipeline growth.

• Oversee regional trade shows, conferences, and customer events, ensuring a robust brand presence and engagement.

• Create marketing materials, sales tools, and training programs to assist the commercial team.

• Collaborate closely with the global marketing team to adapt messaging, collateral, and campaigns for the EMEA audience.

• Effectively manage the regional marketing budget, monitoring performance and optimizing expenditures to enhance return on investment.

• Collaborate with product management, sales, and corporate marketing teams to ensure a unified and impactful regional marketing strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in regional marketing, ideally within the bioprocessing life sciences sector.

• Strong grasp of the biopharmaceutical industry, including essential market dynamics and customer requirements.

• Proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and event management.

• Exceptional project management abilities and capability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.

• Strong analytical skills for evaluating marketing performance and refining strategies.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with global teams.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel (up to 40%) within the region for events, customer meetings, and team collaborations.
