This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main marketing liaison for a designated portfolio of Gravity Haus properties.
• Cultivate strong connections with General Managers and on-site leadership teams to grasp business objectives and marketing requirements.
• Facilitate bi-weekly marketing evaluations with property teams to pinpoint opportunities, assess performance, and synchronize upcoming initiatives.
• Create and implement localized marketing strategies to bolster occupancy, food & beverage revenue, memberships, events, and other property objectives.
• Oversee the daily organic social media strategy and its execution across the assigned properties.
• Manage local content creators and social media contractors effectively.
• Track engagement, audience growth, and performance metrics, modifying strategies as necessary.
• Handle influencer collaborations from outreach through execution and performance analysis.
• Execute property-level and portfolio-wide email marketing strategies; design and launch monthly property communications and seasonal booking promotions.
• Assist in integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid media, local print advertising, website content, partnerships, and on-property marketing channels.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, presenting insights during property reviews and team meetings.
• Ensure the consistent application of Gravity Haus brand standards across all designated properties and marketing channels.
• A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, consumer, or multi-location brands.
• Proven experience collaborating directly with business leaders, clients, or operational stakeholders.
• Strong grasp of social media, email marketing, content strategy, and fundamental digital marketing principles.
• Experience in managing influencer relationships, content creators, agencies, or external vendors.
• Demonstrated capability to handle multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, social media management tools, and marketing analytics.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Experience in hospitality, hotel, membership, or lifestyle branding is preferred.
• Preference for candidates who can work within Mountain or Pacific Time Zones.
