This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Assume complete responsibility for regional marketing strategies in India, developing comprehensive and strategic program plans.
• Continuously experiment, assess, and refine programs to establish best practices and adapt as the business evolves.
• Analyze and communicate the impact and performance of regional marketing efforts to various stakeholders, from local leadership to executives, and customize insights accordingly.
• Attain high and consistent ROI from marketing initiatives in India through rigorous operations, measurement, and financial oversight.
• Collaborate across functions to implement demand generation and field marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with other marketing areas.
• Partner with external agencies and third-party vendors to plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns.
• Serve as a vital member and collaborator within the APJ Marketing team.
• Experience in the B2B technology sector with a focus on field marketing and direct collaboration with sales teams.
• Proven track record in executing both third-party and proprietary events.
• Data-oriented, utilizing metrics to evaluate outcomes and guide decision-making as well as strategy formulation.
• Demonstrated capability to create and manage a budget within the designated territory.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and adhere to the company's travel guidelines.
• Proficient in coordinating with multiple teams and delivering results in a dynamic startup environment.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies throughout the Software Development Lifecycle, particularly in large enterprise settings.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts across various formats (including content, presentations, and meetings).
• Skilled in marketing automation and CRM technologies such as Marketo and Salesforce.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Experience in overseeing marketing budgets and distributing resources across various tactics.
• High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building skills, capable of securing resources and gaining stakeholder buy-in.
