This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and implement quarterly and annual regional go-to-market strategies across all market channels to exceed net-new logo, retention, cross-sell, and lead conversion targets.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the region's business objectives and customer motivations, articulating regional needs to influence campaigns, digital marketing, and other cross-functional requirements to meet business goals.
• Facilitate translation requirements from corporate headquarters and review translated marketing materials and messages for your regions.
• Oversee tight project management and collaborate with various teams to ensure clear accountability and a results-oriented approach.
• Spearhead our growth marketing initiatives, integrated programs, and campaign data for acquiring new customers through scalable strategies.
• Assess metrics generated from marketing initiatives and present results and trends to sales and marketing leaders utilizing SalesForce and other reporting tools.
• Execute digital marketing efforts such as virtual events, lead generation, and email nurturing by managing activities from conception to post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners, maintaining a well-organized internal follow-up process with Finance and other departments to ensure accuracy.
• Strategically manage budgets and resources to implement marketing programs that support sales objectives and goals.
• Extensive experience in fostering demand within a high-tech B2B context.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience collaborating with third-party providers (conferences, demand generation, list services, etc.) and agencies.
• Strong passion for driving innovation to creatively set CrowdStrike apart.
• Willingness to take initiative, tackle challenges, and pursue ongoing process enhancements.
• Dedication to professionalism and personal development.
• A keen interest in data analysis and a desire to measure outcomes and identify trends.
• Prior support experience with field sales and partner organizations in the cybersecurity sector.
• Availability to travel 20 – 25% of the time to assist with regional activities.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish is advantageous.
