This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee local leads utilizing the CRM system and manage the follow-up process for sales funnel progression.
• Provide updates on lead generation and management activities, outlining necessary actions for improvement.
• Engage with and analyze local markets, reporting on emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Lead thought leadership initiatives and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement programs as part of strategic efforts.
• Equip sales teams with knowledge about new technologies, emphasizing product positioning and value proposition.
• Actively participate in a cross-functional team that creates and implements new global marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Oversee the marketing budget.
• Possess a degree or postgraduate qualification in life sciences.
• Have 5-7 years of experience in commercial/field marketing or business development.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in demand generation from diverse sources, along with skills in market intelligence and analysis, product positioning, and sales enablement.
• Strong understanding of the Bio-Similar & Bio-Pharmaceutical Ecosystem, including operational and regulatory contexts and the competitive landscape.
• Previous experience working with Salesforce (SFDC) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with bioprocessing and workflows related to new modalities.
• Apply outcomes-driven marketing principles and comprehend commercial key drivers to develop a robust sales funnel and support revenue goals.
