This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Travel within the US is required for more than 50% of the time. (This percentage is expected to decrease as the team expands.)
• Work in close collaboration with sales management, product marketing, field sales, and developer advocacy to design and implement integrated field events that align with both the immediate and long-term business goals of ClickHouse.
• Transform demand generation strategies into effective events and experiences by partnering with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and sales leadership, to create content and promotional strategies that enhance attendance and engagement.
• Collaborate with external partners and third-party organizations to co-host events, webinars, and joint marketing initiatives, which will help broaden ClickHouse's outreach and fortify its market presence.
• Oversee the complete event lifecycle, including contracts, planning, logistics, and on-site execution for various events such as trade shows, conferences, hosted events, and webinars.
• Create and execute comprehensive event campaigns, focusing on audience segmentation, promotional strategies, and follow-up plans to ensure ongoing lead generation and audience engagement.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of field marketing campaigns and events, utilizing data insights to refine strategies and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Keep a detailed event calendar and actively search for new event opportunities that align with ClickHouse’s marketing objectives and priorities.
• Manage all event logistics, ensuring the seamless delivery of materials, booth properties, graphics, promotional items, and equipment during transportation and setup.
• Provide internal teams with clear instructions on event responsibilities and task assignments, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering effective collaboration across departments.
• Over 7 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or regional marketing within the B2B SaaS sector. Experience in the database or data analytics fields is a plus.
• Proven track record of driving pipeline generation and enhancing brand awareness through field marketing initiatives.
• Exceptional project management abilities, with a history of organizing and executing events on both small and large scales.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs.
• Experience collaborating closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on objectives, messaging, and campaign execution.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to changing business needs.
