• Promoting, selling, and providing training for the CLS Industrial portfolio.
• Instructing internal teams, agents, channel partners, specifiers, and contractors.
• Accountable for forecasting and providing support for program and project management.
• Achieving industrial sales through key relationships within designated regions and/or specific accounts.
• Engaging key specifiers, customers, and influencers regarding VOC and future MGP contributions.
• Developing and analyzing new segments and channels, such as industrial gear distribution.
• Implementing commercial strategies and marketing programs in partnership with product management.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent direct work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Over 5 years of commercial sales experience within a multi-state territory, preferably in industrial lighting, controls, or related fields.
• Background as a lighting sales agent, regional lighting sales manager, or design professional.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50%-60% of the time.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States without any current or future company sponsorship requirements.
