Regional Manager – On Trade

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Ensure the proper execution of a comprehensive trade marketing strategy.

• Coordinate and guide the On Trade Brand Activation Team.

• Oversee the implementation of the strategy through the integrated team.

• Collaborate with the strategy team to co-develop the On Trade channel plan.

• Responsible for managing Advertising & Promotion (A&P).

• Visit key distributors alongside the CCM and sales team.

• Identify retail locations and key venues for brand-building activities.

• Manage the implementation of a set of actions aimed at maximizing the Trade Marketing Mix.

• Negotiate point-of-sale brand agreements with key clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in the commercial field.

• Desirable experience of at least 2 years in leading teams.

• Experience in key account management.

• Visibility and adaptability to dynamic business environments.

• University degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

• Proficiency in the English language.
