Regional Manager, Hematology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement effective regional strategies with support from various functions

• Foster and nurture reliable partnerships both internally and externally

• Work in tandem with health system partners and healthcare providers

• Build exceptional relationships with key opinion leaders

• Provide training and education to healthcare professionals on the correct usage and management of products

• Accountable for meeting regional business and sales objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS Degree with over 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales

• Required experience in hematology or oncology

• Strong scientific knowledge achieved through current expertise in hematology

• Proficient in data analysis and clear communication of findings

• Highly adept at working with cross-functional teams

• Experience with product launches

• Knowledge of CRM software
