Regional Manager – Healthcare Emergency Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Provides expert consultation and technical support for emergency preparedness planners.

• Strengthens the assigned coalition through effective administrative leadership, management, and support.

• Gathers up-to-date information regarding PADOH medical surge resources.

• Facilitates, educates, and guides healthcare facilities and coalitions in utilizing the PA Knowledge Center - Healthcare Information Management System (KC-HIMS) web-based platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in emergency management or a related field is required.

• A minimum of five years of experience in emergency preparedness and management within healthcare facilities is required.

• At least five years of experience in fire services, emergency medical services, clinical/allied health, law enforcement, emergency management agencies, or other emergency-related fields is necessary.

• Completion of Incident Command System (ICS) 100, 200, 700, and 800 within one year of hire date is mandatory.
