This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Enhance field performance and foster team development
• Lead, mentor, and train the field sales team
• Engage in the recruitment process for the sales force
• Oversee business priorities and ensure the successful implementation of agreements
• Manage a client portfolio of 150 to 200 accounts
• Track and follow up on the visitation plan for chain accounts
• Negotiate contracts and commercial conditions
• Develop and execute promotional activation strategies
• Increase revenue by sourcing new clients
• Ensure effective collaboration with distributor teams
• Higher education (equivalent to a 2- to 5-year post-secondary degree, such as an Associate to Master’s degree)
• Demonstrated experience in managing field sales teams, preferably in the foodservice (HORECA) or FMCG sectors
• Strong analytical skills along with performance management expertise
• Leadership qualities, team-oriented mindset, and excellent interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach
• Strong preference for fieldwork and business development activities
• Valid driver’s license is required
