Regional Manager – Cardiac Surgery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversees, directs, and evaluates the activities of the sales team to achieve sales objectives.

• Formulates and executes business strategies for both current and prospective accounts.

• Supervises the daily operations of the sales team to implement the overall sales strategy.

• Builds and nurtures relationships with key personnel at account locations.

• Discovers new program opportunities to fulfill sales objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) along with 9+ years of experience.

• OR Associate’s Degree with 10+ years of experience.

• OR Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience.

• Relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related fields in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
