This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing Area Managers.
• Responsible for overseeing individuals in outside sales within the designated region.
• Assist with the recruitment and training of new area managers.
• Present and promote company products and services to both current and prospective clients.
• Create action plans and schedules to pinpoint specific objectives.
• Identify sales prospects and reach out to these and other assigned accounts.
• Develop and sustain sales materials alongside up-to-date product knowledge.
• Establish and nurture relationships with current and potential clients.
• Manage Area Managers through quality assessments and additional follow-ups.
• Identify and address client issues.
• Prepare various status reports, including activity updates, closings, follow-ups, and goal adherence.
• Share new product and service opportunities, special developments, insights, or feedback gathered from field activities with relevant company personnel.
• Develop and execute special sales initiatives aimed at reducing dealer attrition.
• Engage in marketing activities such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
• Travel required across the assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales management.
• High energy with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and various sales software applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• Qualified candidates should reside in the region.
• Strong computer skills are essential, particularly in MS Office (Excel and Word).
