This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for leading and overseeing a sales team consisting of 10-25 representatives.
• Expanding market share, sales volume, and dealer loyalty.
• Coaching, guiding, and nurturing Area Managers.
• Managing individuals in outside sales within the designated region.
• Assisting with the recruitment and training of new area managers.
• Presenting and promoting company products and services to existing and prospective clients.
• Preparing action plans and schedules to pinpoint specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made.
• Identifying sales prospects and reaching out to these and other assigned accounts.
• Creating and maintaining sales materials along with up-to-date product knowledge.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with current and potential clients.
• Overseeing Area Managers through quality checks and additional follow-ups.
• Identifying and addressing client concerns.
• Compiling a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-ups, and adherence to objectives.
• Communicating new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback collected through field activities to relevant company personnel.
• Developing and executing special sales initiatives to minimize dealer attrition.
• Participating in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing campaigns.
• Travel is required within the assigned territory.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales management.
• High energy level along with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and various sales software applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a closely related field.
• Qualified candidates should reside in the region.
• Strong computer skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) is required.
