This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Lead student recruitment efforts to achieve ECU’s enrollment objectives for the Indonesian market.
• Represent ECU at exhibitions, school visits, agent events, and other promotional initiatives.
• Execute student conversion activities to enhance offer-to-acceptance rates (e.g., follow-up calls, emails, information sessions).
• Provide presentations and seminars for prospective students, parents, and counselors.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from students and agents, including those received through Salesforce.
• Offer training and support to ECU’s authorized education agents.
• Conduct regular meetings, communications, and visits with key agents.
• Monitor agent performance and deliver feedback and reports to ECU's Senior Regional Manager.
• Identify and evaluate potential new agents, recommending appointments that align with ECU’s strategic objectives.
• Investigate new recruitment channels and partnership opportunities to broaden ECU’s presence in Indonesia.
• Accurately document all agent interactions using the ECU Digital Logbook.
• Identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and student needs within Indonesia.
• Monitor and report on competitor activities, market changes, and agent feedback.
• Contribute insights to ECU’s regional marketing and recruitment strategies.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with the ESOS Act, National Code, and ECU’s Code of Conduct.
• Uphold high ethical standards in all interactions with agents, students, and partners.
• Assist in ECU’s risk management processes to ensure the recruitment of genuine and high-quality students.
• Engage with stakeholders such as Austrade, schools, and alumni as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the International Account Manager (for Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, and Myanmar) and other offshore and onshore colleagues.
• Coordinate with Edith Cowan College (ECC) to ensure consistent messaging and effective joint initiatives.
• Facilitate in-country briefings, events, and campaign activations.
• A first degree or relevant experience in the higher education sector.
• Advanced proficiency in English language skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout Indonesia and internationally as necessary.
• Exceptional business presentation and reporting skills in English.
• High enthusiasm, self-motivation, and integrity to undertake extended travel unsupervised.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities to address complex situations independently as they arise.
• A high level of literacy and meticulous attention to detail to generate clear and concise reports and strategies.
• Strong numeracy skills with previous experience in budget management and basic statistical analysis.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for engaging with a diverse range of contacts, both internally and externally, at all levels.
• Proficiency in MS software and CRM tools (such as Salesforce).
• Understanding of the international education landscape and the student recruitment process.
• Proven experience in international student recruitment or marketing.
• Experience working with international students and higher education programs.
