This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Oversee the daily performance and operations of roughly 8–12 manufactured housing communities.
• Ensure that communities align with company operational standards, objectives, and performance expectations.
• Establish best practices to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and resident satisfaction.
• Identify operational challenges and devise practical solutions.
• Maintain effective communication with Park Managers and senior leadership.
• Lead, coach, and develop Park Managers.
• Set measurable goals and ensure accountability among property-level managers.
• Monitor KPIs, financial metrics, occupancy rates, collections, maintenance, and resident-related metrics.
• Conduct operational reviews and audits.
• Develop and implement performance-improvement action plans.
• Oversee regional budgets, rent collections, delinquency rates, expenses, and overall financial performance.
• Review and approve expenses while identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Collaborate with leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Supervise maintenance, repairs, landscaping, preventive maintenance, and overall community appearance.
• Prioritize and coordinate capital improvement projects with teams and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assist Park Managers in addressing escalated resident concerns.
• Provide regular portfolio reporting and insights to senior leadership.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making and the growth and scalability of the portfolio.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a regional, multi-property, or multi-community management role.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple properties, communities, or locations simultaneously.
• Proven experience in managing and developing property-level teams and managers.
• Strong understanding of property operations, rent collections, maintenance, budgeting, and resident relations.
• Ability to lead teams, establish accountability, and drive performance.
• Exceptional coaching and people-development skills.
• Capacity to make decisions, solve problems, and take ownership of results.
• Experience with property budgets, expense management, rent collections, and financial reporting.
• Ability to interpret operational and financial KPIs and translate data into actionable decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple properties, priorities, deadlines, and projects.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining communication with U.S.-based leadership and property teams.
• Familiarity with property management software, rent collection systems, and operational platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technology and systems.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to communities within the assigned U.S. region as required.
