Product Learning Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and design training programs and educational materials tailored for adult learners.

• Create training sessions that can be delivered virtually, in-person, or through self-paced online formats.

• Implement contemporary learning methodologies such as microlearning and gamification.

• Simplify complex subjects into understandable and applicable learning experiences.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine educational needs and performance objectives.

• Oversee training projects and keep leaders and business partners informed on progress.

• Analyze learning data and feedback to enhance the effectiveness of training initiatives.

• Assist instructional designers by offering insights on various learning styles and audience requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in learning and development, talent development, or adult education.

• Excellent collaboration and consulting abilities.

• Proactive problem solver with a focus on growth and improvement.

• Innovative thinker dedicated to enhancing learning experiences.

• Capability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a high-paced environment.

• Comfortable utilizing data and metrics to inform recommendations and drive enhancements.

• Experience in delivering both instructor-led and virtual training sessions.

• Proven experience in conducting train-the-trainer programs.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.

• Knowledge of e-learning platforms and virtual meeting tools.

• Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous.
