• Coaching, mentoring, and developing Area Managers.
• Responsible for overseeing personnel in outside sales within the designated region.
• Will support the recruitment and training of new area managers.
• Present and promote company products and services to existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to pinpoint specific targets and estimate the number of contacts to be made.
• Identify sales prospects and reach out to these and other assigned accounts.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and up-to-date product knowledge.
• Establish and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Manage Area Managers through quality checks and follow-up activities.
• Identify and address client concerns.
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity reports, closing summaries, follow-ups, and progress towards goals.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, and feedback gathered through field activities to relevant company personnel.
• Develop and implement special sales initiatives to minimize dealer attrition.
• Engage in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing activities.
• Travel required within the assigned territory.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management.
• High energy level with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and various sales software applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• Qualified candidates should reside in the region.
• Strong computer skills are essential, specifically in MS Office (Excel and Word).
