This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify new clients and lending opportunities with property investors and referral partners.

• Drive sales and establish relationships with property investors, brokers, and real estate agents.

• Foster relationships with borrowers through meetings, calls, emails, and various communication channels.

• Act as the main escalation point for customer inquiries and obstacles.

• Create and maintain a client database within the CRM system.

• Attend industry events and conferences to discover and convert leads.

• Assess transactions, size deals, and prepare quotes and term sheets.

• Assist in borrower approval by gathering and providing necessary information.

• Pre-qualify loan packages and collect initial borrower documentation.

• Monitor pipeline reports and address potential loan issues.

• Enhance the Anchor brand through blog posts, online engagements, reposts, and marketing strategies.

• Ensure transparent communication with customers regarding the status of submitted loans.

• Collaborate with leaders in Valuations, Construction, and Underwriting to prioritize pipelines and resolve obstacles.

• Analyze industry and competitor trends to guide product, sales, and pricing strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the Eastern Region; targeted states include GA, MA, NJ, and PA, along with major metropolitan areas.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote working environment.

• Highly analytical with a keen eye for detail.

• Self-motivated individual capable of working with minimal supervision.

• Comfortable with outbound communication, primarily with cold leads.

• Quick to adapt to new procedures and systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to function as a reliable teammate in a fast-paced start-up setting.

• Highly self-driven and disciplined.

• Experience with CRM systems is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn new software and systems.

• Openness to travel up to 50% of the time.
