Regional Lead – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Assist Logos Circles by supporting volunteer community organizers in identifying and implementing "winnable issues" (community impact projects) to enhance local activity selection and execution, while fostering ongoing cohesive growth.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to new local Circle Stewards utilizing formats established by IFT.

• Oversee documentation, briefs, and reporting to ensure IFT has readily available materials to help the Logos Collective Association promote Circle narratives, outcomes, and successes.

• Compile regional reports and metrics to increase visibility and support coordination across Circles and the larger Logos network.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Logos and Circle stewards, facilitating any logistical support or resources provided by Logos, including shared campaign materials and general advice.

• Participate in local events to promote Logos Circles, enhance community visibility, and connect interested participants with local Logos Circles.

• Generate standardized and regular reports to track regional output and progress.

• The preferred candidate will be located in the greater Lisbon (Portugal) area and will take on the management of the local Lisbon Circle and its ongoing civic action initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in community organizing for civic good, either on a voluntary or paid basis.

• A foundational understanding of privacy, non-governmental civic organizing, and its implications for civil society, as well as the impact of technology on these issues (both decentralized technology and others).

• A keen interest in learning about blockchain, cryptocurrency, and decentralized technology, along with their political and civic consequences.

• Proven experience in project management and strong organizational skills.
