Regional Lead – Cashflow Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the development and delivery of a cashflow funding product tailored for underserved SME borrowers.

• Originate, structure, and execute new cashflow funding facilities.

• Increase product awareness among regional professional services communities.

• Identify opportunities that align with Allica’s risk appetite and expected returns.

• Collect and analyze financial data to present well-balanced proposals to Underwriting.

• Negotiate and finalize terms with targeted businesses.

• Manage facility documentation and pre-commencement requirements to ensure efficient transaction closure.

• Advocate for the product among colleagues throughout the bank.

• Adhere to mandatory policies and create operational procedures to follow.

• Maintain high-quality relationships and ongoing risk management for a portfolio of cashflow clients post-launch.

• Ability to assess funding needs and model the effects of forecast sensitivities.
