This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.
• Lead efforts to enhance volume and profitability for Barcel USA's Emerging Brands Portfolio.
• Meet sales objectives and strategic goals, ensuring they align with the broader company vision.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the Barcel USA Sales Team.
• Take charge of negotiations and ensure they align with the strategic plan for Barcel USA accounts.
• Analyze the market landscape to formulate annual strategic plans.
• Serve as a key collaborator in joint business planning with customers.
• Assist Regional Key Account Managers during customer headquarters meetings.
• Coordinate the engagement of company personnel.
• Achieve designated targets for profitable sales volume and strategic goals.
• Attain annual volume objectives while managing trade spending and profit strategies.
• Represent the Emerging Brands Portfolio at industry and customer trade shows.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategic sales support, preferably within a consumer-packaged goods company.
• Proficient in Circana (IRI), Retail Link, and Nielsen data.
• Familiar with warehouse replenishment programs and supply chain needs involving third-party distributors.
• Regularly engaged in successful strategic joint business planning sessions with major CPG retail accounts.
• Capable of creating sales materials to effectively communicate and implement promotions and trade events, ensuring a solid ROI.
• Skilled in educating and influencing the internal sales team regarding Barcel USA’s Emerging Brand Portfolio.
• Demonstrated success in managing trade expenses effectively.
• Proficient in creating compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Willingness to travel: 40%-50%.
• Must reside in California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah.
• Up to 25% travel.
