Regional Joint Training Requirements Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with the National Guard Bureau Joint Training Readiness Services (JTRS) program initiatives

• Aid in the execution of the Joint Training System

• Contribute to readiness reporting and exercise planning

• Perform mission evaluations and training support operations across the National Guard framework

• Assist in readiness planning, training evaluations, and coordination within specified National Guard regions

• Organize and manage multi-state or regional initiatives

• Facilitate and coordinate training and readiness efforts

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• At least 7 years of experience in supporting military readiness or training programs

• Background in supporting Joint Training programs

• Proven experience in coordinating multi-state or regional activities

• Familiarity with Joint Training System methodology

• Experience with Joint Training Plans and readiness evaluations

• Excellent facilitation and coordination abilities

• Active Secret Clearance Required
