Regional Human Resource and Administration Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute global HR strategies that are in line with business goals.

• Provide leadership and direction on organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession strategies.

• Serve as a strategic consultant to senior leadership regarding human capital issues.

• Propel initiatives aimed at cultural alignment across various regions.

• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams for the mitigation of global risks.

• Formulate recruitment strategies to attract and retain premier global talent.

• Supervise onboarding programs to seamlessly integrate employees across different geographies.

• Execute training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.

• Oversee performance appraisal processes to ensure uniformity in evaluations.

• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost satisfaction and retention rates.

• Address employee grievances and manage complex employee relations challenges across regions.

• Create and oversee competitive global compensation and benefits programs.

• Ensure adherence to local labor laws and tax regulations.

• Stay updated on changes in employment law and revise policies as necessary.

• Manage office administration across global sites to guarantee efficient operations.

• Administer budgets for HR and administrative activities.

• Implement and manage global HR information systems (HRIS).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Over 8 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 3-5 years in a global or regional management position.

• In-depth knowledge of global labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with HR technology systems and data analytics.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multicultural and geographically dispersed team.
