This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +1 more state.
β’ Responsible for the execution and delivery of HR products, services, and solutions within a designated region to ensure excellence in HR service delivery.
β’ Manage the oversight of an HR Field team and the support they provide.
β’ Contribute to the overarching objective of attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
β’ Collaborate with leaders on change management, talent development, employee engagement, performance management, and team effectiveness.
β’ Implement HR COE programs, services, and solutions to enhance operations.
β’ Plan and assist in talent planning, performance reviews, career development, employee development, ID&E, retention, and employee engagement initiatives.
β’ Create and deploy relevant resources and tools to cultivate an environment that is free from discrimination and harassment.
β’ Offer support and coaching to management as they formulate and act on their individual development plans.
β’ Facilitate and assist in succession planning, performance management, performance planning, and other corporate-driven talent management and HR programs.
β’ Aid local leaders in talent acquisition efforts as necessary and as guided by the Regional HR Manager.
β’ Ensure that markets/shops uphold a positive, inclusive workplace atmosphere.
β’ Manage the escalation and resolution of HR inquiries, issues, and requests through the appropriate channels.
β’ Develop and implement innovative people programs that inspire and foster a high-performance culture.
β’ Lead and support a high-performing, cohesive, collaborative, and growth-oriented team.
β’ Provide coaching, mentoring, and development for direct reports and team members.
β’ Bachelorβs degree.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in operations leadership, organizational development, human resources, recruiting, or related fields.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in people leadership (teams or direct reports).
β’ Experience in providing field support in a multi-site/location environment.
β’ Previous experience in creating or executing a people strategy for an hourly/salary workforce.
β’ Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
β’ Strong facilitation and project management abilities.
β’ Proven track record of fostering effective relationships at all organizational levels.
β’ Excellent problem-solving skills and quality decision-making capabilities.
β’ Strong business acumen with the ability to see the big picture and operate with perspective.
β’ Flexibility in availability to support business operations, which may occasionally require evening and weekend hours.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for business purposes (both in-state and out-of-state).
