This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Perform data entry and provide daily support for HRIS-related initiatives, including the establishment of new entities, data uploads, new functionalities, feeds and integrations, as well as generating routine reports.
β’ Detect, escalate, and address any data integrity concerns.
β’ Execute changes promptly, including off-boarding communication and tasks for departing Artisans, ensuring that Artisan information is both accurate and complete.
β’ Notify internal stakeholders (such as the Communications team, IT team, and HR team) in a timely manner regarding non-confidential Artisan milestone events, including promotions, new roles, and exits.
β’ Remain updated on all US compliance issues pertaining to employment records, policies, and practices.
β’ Collaborate with and seek advice from legal advisors (both internal and external) as necessary, and inform HR team members of significant changes.
β’ Revise and publish updated policies and/or processes to ensure compliance with employment laws and standards.
β’ Draft and send transfer offers, ensuring all required approvals are acquired.
β’ Ensure that all necessary documents are securely stored in Artisan e-files, HRIS, or other shared locations while maintaining confidentiality of records and information.
β’ Identify opportunities for process optimization and work collaboratively with the team to assess if, how, and when to implement changes.
β’ Update and manage HR templates, forms, and standard documents.
β’ Maintain accurate content on the intranet.
β’ Review and confirm invoices for HR-related vendors and services.
β’ Create and update employee resumes and professional profiles as required.
β’ Assist various HR team members with ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
β’ 2-3 years of experience in a Human Resources or administrative capacity.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
β’ Availability to work overnight/graveyard shifts according to Philippine time or within US operating hours.
β’ Preferred experience with HRIS systems, particularly Paylocity.
β’ Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, advanced formulas, etc.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
β’ Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and follow-through.
β’ Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt to shifting requests from various stakeholders.
β’ Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong drive for advancing and completing projects.
β’ Excellent organizational and document management skills.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
β’ Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
