Regional Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Engage and manage local influencers, brand ambassadors, and affiliate partners.

• Establish and manage official in-house social media and community accounts for key regions.

• Organize and secure sponsorships for major live circuits, with a focus on Asian Poker Tournaments.

• Collaborate closely with the product team to tailor the client experience to local needs.

• Enhance regional player acquisition through digital marketing, targeted public relations, and micro-low stakes tournaments/freerolls adapted to local markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A proactive, entrepreneurial approach.

• Fluent or native in English and at least one (preferably more) of the following priority languages: Mandarin/Cantonese (highest priority), Russian, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, or Thai.

• Established network of relationships with affiliates, streamers, agents, or player networks in the Asian market.

• Demonstrated success in iGaming, particularly in the online poker or casino sectors within the APAC region.

• Experience in managing P&L, developing player acquisition strategies, and overseeing regional marketing budgets.
