This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +9 more states.
• Advocate for Vyjuvek among patients suffering from dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa (DEB)
• Successfully introduce the company’s inaugural commercial product within the designated territory
• Serve as the representative voice of the customer within internal Krystal teams
• Promote Vyjuvek to pediatric dermatologists and other significant stakeholders
• Enhance patient identification through suitable HCP-driven strategies
• Cultivate markets, boost brand visibility, and implement territory strategies and account plans
• Educate healthcare professionals regarding Vyjuvek’s indications, usage, specifications, safety, and effectiveness
• Prioritize and manage time, activities, and resources to maximize HCP accessibility
• Establish consultative sales relationships and engage with customers and prospects
• Collaborate with patient services, field reimbursement, and other commercial departments to guarantee site-of-care accessibility and medication logistics
• Utilize and organize data to prioritize opportunities
• Create and execute a strategic territory business plan
• Manage company resources, encompassing the in-office education budget and marketing and patient materials
• Implement speaker programs, local sponsorships, displays, and exhibits across academic, physician-office, infusion-center, and alternate-site accounts
• Maintain territory administration, business plans, CRM activity records, expense reports, and territory-performance evaluations
• Attend company meetings and conferences as required
• Report directly to the Senior Area Director
• Carry out additional duties as assigned
• BS/BA degree is mandatory
• A minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience is essential
• At least 3 years of rare disease sales experience is required
• Dermatology experience is preferred
• Experience with product launches is essential
• Start-up experience is a plus
• Familiarity with complex reimbursement environments is vital
• In-depth understanding of site of care identification, development, and education
• Experience in collaboration with patient services is required
• Proven track record of strong sales performance, consistently achieving and surpassing sales and qualitative targets
• Experience in driving, leading, and executing territory-level cross-functional business planning
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills, both virtually and in-person
• Capability to network and build professional relationships with institutions, academic medical centers, and Key Opinion Leaders
• Must reside within the designated territory
• Valid driver's license is required
• Overnight travel varies based on territory size
