This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Lead structured, virtual treatment groups for parents and caregivers, utilizing evidence-based programs that support families with children facing ADHD and anxiety.
• Implement Clarity’s group curricula with both consistency and clinical accuracy while tailoring your facilitation style to suit each cohort.
• Foster a warm, engaging, and psychologically safe environment within the group.
• Assist parents in grasping and utilizing evidence-based behavioral health strategies to address challenges at home.
• Oversee group dynamics, ensuring balanced participation, redirecting discussions, and upholding appropriate boundaries and scope.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation related to group sessions.
• Collaborate with behavioral health and multidisciplinary teams when families require additional clinical support or a different level of care.
• Engage in training, consultation, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure reliable availability for recurring group cohorts, providing continuity throughout group programs.
• A master’s degree in a relevant behavioral health field along with active licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC; or a doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) with active licensure as a psychologist.
• Currently licensed in California, with a willingness to obtain licensure in other states.
• A strong passion for delivering exceptional care to children and families.
• Experience in working with parents and caregivers of children and adolescents.
• Comfort in providing support to families regarding behavioral, emotional, or developmental issues.
• Experience in delivering evidence-based, parent-focused interventions through telehealth.
• Background in working with children and families affected by ADHD, anxiety, or related behavioral health challenges.
• Experience in facilitating groups, classes, workshops, or other structured clinical or psychoeducational programming.
• Strong facilitation abilities, including the clear communication of clinical concepts, engaging group participants, and navigating various personalities and participation levels.
• Ability to work from a structured, evidence-based curriculum while applying clinical judgment.
• Appreciation for measurement, feedback, and consistency in practice.
• Proficient with technology and a quick learner.
• Access to a reliable, secure internet connection in a private, distraction-free environment.
• Proficiency in Spanish is desirable.
• Experience in facilitating virtual therapy or psychoeducational groups is a plus.
• Licensure in additional states is advantageous.
• Flexible part-time hours: 8–25 hours per week, combining clinical and administrative time, with scheduling aligned to recurring group cohorts and a maximum of 8 working hours per day.
• A dedicated care coordination team to assist with administrative tasks (e.g., cancellations, rescheduling, documentation requests, billing).
