Physical Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual evaluations, treatments, and consultations for school-based physical therapy.

• Address the mobility, positioning, functional movement, and access requirements of students.

• Create and execute IEP goals tailored to the needs of each student.

• Collaborate remotely with educators, special education personnel, families, and other service providers.

• Engage in virtual IEP meetings as necessary.

• Offer recommendations for adaptive equipment, positioning aids, and modifications to the environment.

• Ensure timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records are maintained.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active Colorado Physical Therapy license or be eligible to obtain one.

• CDE Special Service Provider (SSP) endorsement is required or must be in progress.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.

• Capability to deliver effective services in a fully remote setting.

• Experience in a school environment is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage a part-time virtual caseload.
