Regional Financial Systems Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Direct regional application support teams, including planning workloads, coaching members, and overseeing performance management.

• Supervise the daily functions of regional financial systems, ensuring their stability and prompt incident resolution.

• Collaborate closely with Finance leadership to guarantee that systems effectively support critical processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, procurement, and inventory management.

• Lead or assist with regional system initiatives, upgrades, integrations, and new deployments.

• Cultivate relationships with software vendors, implementation partners, and support service providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish; proficiency in Portuguese is highly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business Systems, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of seven years of experience with financial systems in a multi-site or multi-entity organization.

• Familiarity with at least one major ERP system (e.g., Microsoft Business Central, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP Business One, Pronto Xi, Totvs).

• Solid understanding of accounting processes, financial controls, and operational workflows.

• Proven experience in leading teams or managing staff.

• Background in supporting or implementing financial modules such as General Ledger, AP, AR, FA, Procurement, or Inventory.
