• Direct regional application support teams, focusing on workload distribution, coaching, and performance evaluation.
• Supervise the daily functioning of regional financial systems, ensuring operational stability and prompt incident resolution.
• Collaborate with Finance leadership to guarantee that systems facilitate essential processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, procurement, and inventory management.
• Lead or assist in regional system projects, upgrades, integrations, and new system rollouts.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with software vendors, implementation partners, and support service providers.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; proficiency in Portuguese is also highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business Systems, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of seven years of experience with financial systems in a multi-site or multi-entity organization.
• Familiarity with at least one major ERP system (e.g., Microsoft Business Central, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP Business One, Pronto Xi, Totvs).
• In-depth knowledge of accounting processes, financial controls, and operational workflows.
• Proven experience in leading teams or managing personnel.
• Background in supporting or implementing financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, or Inventory.
