This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
β’ Drive the Bank's growth through business development and the management of essential client relationships.
β’ Sustain an exceptional and ongoing record of significant revenue generation through sales and syndications.
β’ Serve as an escalation point for intricate client issues, employing strategic problem-solving to address conflicts.
β’ Structure complex deals and obtain necessary credit approvals.
β’ Generate new business opportunities by reaching out to prospects and clients.
β’ Evaluate loan applications and cash management service agreements.
β’ Formulate market strategies that align with business objectives.
β’ Cultivate and uphold strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients.
β’ Over 7 years of pertinent experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Portfolio Management.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is required; degrees in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting are preferred.
β’ Extensive knowledge and technical expertise in Agricultural Finance, Regulatory Compliance, Deal Structuring, Portfolio Management, Credit Risk Assessment, Project Management, Customer Service, Problem Solving, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Building.
β’ Expert-level proficiency in Financial Analysis.
