• Manage the regional event calendar.
• Strategize, produce, and implement Wayground's participation at state conferences, CUE (California), events throughout the PNW and Mountain states, ESA gatherings within regional networks, channel-partner events, and innovative events in new areas.
• Organize and facilitate Wayground-hosted regional events such as superintendent roundtables, district leader briefings, and regional benchmark sessions in collaboration with the Community Lead and centralized event operations.
• Assess event ROI: measure pipeline contribution by event, evaluate channel-partner relationship health, and track sales follow-up and conversion on leads generated from events.
• Develop a regional webinar series encompassing concept, programming, production, and distribution, aimed at converting district-level audiences into pipeline for regional teams.
• Establish and nurture operational relationships with California county offices of education, PNW and Mountain-state ESA networks, state-specific funding initiatives, regional CTE networks, state superintendent associations, state technology leadership networks, and emerging-territory channel infrastructures including PNW innovation networks.
• Create marketing initiatives that sales pods cannot execute independently, such as a regional account-based marketing strategy, a multi-pod brand activation surrounding a state-level event, and a synchronized channel-partner campaign.

• 5+ years of experience in field marketing, channel marketing, regional marketing, or a similar B2B go-to-market execution role.
• Proven experience in producing and managing large-scale events, with complete ownership of state-level conferences, partner events, or equivalent channel programs.
• Strong ability to collaborate across functions, working effectively with sales, content, and partnership teams. Comfortable serving as the marketing counterpart to a regional sales leader.
• Data-driven mindset: proficient in channel attribution, pipeline assessment, and ROI analysis. Able to substantiate your work with quantitative evidence.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as your work will have high visibility both internally and externally.
• Must reside in the western region (west of East Texas or CA, PNW, Mountain states), with a preference for candidates in California or Texas.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, webinar platforms, and event production technologies.
• Healthcare coverage for you and your dependents.
• Competitive compensation.
• Flexible PTO, along with remote and hybrid work options.
• Additional health, financial, and professional development benefits.
