This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for the efficiency of the field organization in the region to meet established KPIs for the brands Mio Mio, Berentzen, and Puschkin.
• Directly overseeing a team of 8–10 Area Sales Managers.
• Tasked with creating processes and structures for the field team in partnership with the National Field Manager.
• Allocating resources at the POS based on potential to achieve field-specific KPIs.
• Mentoring and developing the entire team.
• Assisting the National Field Manager in overseeing the overall sales force.
• Managing smaller key accounts and multi-site operators (MBUs).
• Collaborating across different sales areas and throughout the company.
• Monitoring competitors and analyzing sales and potential growth within the sales territory.
• Participating in trade shows as necessary.
• Degree in business administration or relevant commercial vocational training.
• Several years of experience in sales.
• Initial experience in a leadership position.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and contemporary IT tools.
• Strong understanding of the German retail landscape.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
• High degree of self-motivation with a strong focus on targets and results.
