This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for the performance of the field organization in the region to meet the established KPIs for the Vivaris and Berentzen brands within the domestic market.
• Directly oversee a team of around 8 Area Sales Managers.
• Responsible for defining field team processes and structures in partnership with the National Field Manager.
• Allocate resources at the point of sale (POS) based on the potential to achieve field-specific KPIs.
• Mentor and develop the entire team.
• Assist the National Field Manager in overseeing the overall sales force management.
• Manage smaller key accounts and multi-site business operators (MBUs).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other sales divisions and throughout the organization.
• Observe competitors and monitor sales and potential growth within the sales territory.
• Participate in trade shows as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant commercial vocational qualification.
• Several years of relevant experience in sales.
• Some experience in a leadership role.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and modern IT tools.
• Strong understanding of the German retail landscape.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Highly self-driven with a strong focus on achieving goals and results.
