• Accountable for the efficiency of the field organization within the region to meet the established KPIs for the Vivaris and Berentzen domestic brands.
• Directly oversee a team of about 8 Area Sales Managers.
• Responsible for defining the processes and structures of the field team in collaboration with the National Field Manager.
• Allocate resources at POS according to potential in order to achieve field-specific KPIs.
• Provide coaching and development for the entire team.
• Assist the National Field Manager in overseeing the entire sales force.
• Manage smaller key accounts and multi-site operators (MBU).
• Collaborate across different sales areas and departments within the company.
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor sales and potential growth within the sales territory.
• Attend trade fairs as required.
• A degree in business administration or completion of a commercial apprenticeship.
• Several years of professional experience in sales.
• Initial experience in a leadership role.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and contemporary IT tools.
• Strong understanding of the German retail landscape.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
• High level of self-motivation along with a strong focus on goals and results.
