Regional Field Application Specialist, LC-MS/MS – Maternity Cover

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Performing sample measurements and showcasing instrument demonstrations to highlight the efficacy of our products.

• Engaging in revenue-generating communication with clients during product presentations, corporate events, seminars, trade exhibitions, and conferences.

• Assisting the sales team during the proposal and closure stages, as well as providing technical expertise to the service team during the post-sales phase.

• Offering support to customers in the after-sales phase through application and product knowledge to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

• Designing and facilitating training sessions on the LC-MS/MS product line for both customers and internal sales and service teams on a regional level.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field; a PhD is preferred.

• Applicable hands-on experience in organic mass spectrometry, particularly LC-MS/MS.

• A valid driver’s license and a readiness to travel approximately 50% within the designated region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).

• Ideally, experience in field sales and support for the LC-MS/MS product line.

• A strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and results-driven approach.

• Outstanding communication skills; fluency in both German and English is essential.
