This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead the operational management of facilities services within a designated area.

• Oversee the entire work order process—from initial dispatch to invoicing and final closure.

• Facilitate a 24/7 service delivery system by coordinating service requests effectively.

• Foster robust customer relationships and oversee vendor performance.

• Assess subcontractor proposals and provide recommendations for suitable repair solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in facilities services, operations, maintenance, construction, or technical services.

• A trade license in a relevant technical field.

• OSHA 10 or 30-Hour Certification or equivalent safety training.

• Experience in managing operations across multiple facilities or geographically varied service areas.

• Proven understanding of commercial building systems and facility service commodities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and exterior services.

• Practical trade experience or demonstrated technical operations expertise sufficient to assess repair methods and communicate technical issues with stakeholders.
