This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver strategic guidance, effective communication, training, and empowerment to Venue Directors of Operations to ensure alignment with sales objectives, service excellence, and brand standards.
• Develop and maintain a robust leadership pipeline through succession planning and developmental programs.
• Set objectives, track progress, and carry out regular performance and development assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance enterprise initiatives and shared priorities.
• Travel frequently to designated venues to observe operations, provide on-site coaching, acknowledge outstanding performance, and guarantee consistent hospitality delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Over 3 years of multi-unit, high-volume operational leadership experience across various states (required).
• More than 12 years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage operations (preferred).
• Strong business insight with the capability to create and implement strategic action plans.
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated success in leading leaders and fostering accountability.
