Regional Director – Threshold Giving, Face-to-Face Fundraising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Supervise and provide support to various Canvass Directors and offices throughout your region.

• Initiate new teams, offices, and campaigns in key markets.

• Recruit, hire, nurture, and hold accountable outstanding leaders at all levels.

• Propel fundraising outcomes and ensure that campaign goals are consistently surpassed.

• Evaluate performance data, establish strategies, and lead ongoing improvements.

• Foster strong relationships with partners, clients, and local communities.

• Travel about 3 weeks each month to guide, train, and support teams in the field.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of Threshold Giving Trainer Training.

• Completion of Team Leader (TL) Training.

• Willingness and capability to travel for 3 weeks every month.

• Reliable transportation and readiness to relocate if necessary.
