Regional Director – SLED

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Guide the Southeast SLED team to reach its fullest potential.

• Mentor the SLED team to enhance sales performance.

• Report directly to the RVP of SLED.

• Develop and oversee a high-performing sales organization for Zscaler's cloud security and Zero Trust Exchange solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent global qualification in a relevant field.

• Over 5 years of leadership experience in SLED within software/SaaS.

• Proven track record in building successful sales teams.

• Expertise in sales processes and methodologies related to territory planning, evaluation, and resource allocation.

• Preferred experience with SaaS business models and enterprise security.

• Strong networking capabilities to attract top-tier professionals is preferred.

• Experience as a change agent with the ability to implement scalable processes is preferred.
